We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in HR administration and be knowledgeable about Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations. The HR Assistant will support the HR department in various facets of employee management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This role demands excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations, covering company policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information, changes in employment status, and other pertinent data.
- Help prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and disciplinary letters.
- Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving employee complaints.
- Provide support to the HR department with various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR files.
- Keep abreast of Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices.
Preferred Candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration.
- Familiarity with Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
