Promoting the company’s products to clients, identifying potential customers, and creating sales opportunities through market research, outreach, and lead generation activities.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with both existing and new customers. Presenting technical and commercial product proposals to meet customer needs effectively.
Tracking client orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets as set by the sales management team.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing regular reports to management. Participating in paint industry exhibitions and events.
Skills
- Minimum of [3 years] experience in sales, preferably in the paints, construction materials, or furniture sector.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market and potential customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer software (Microsoft Office).
