Receptionist and Secretary – October 2023
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda, schedule meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
- File and update contact information for employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
- Assist with the completion of regular reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed.
- Arrange travel plans.
- Document expenses and submit reports.
- Perform occasional receptionist duties.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
