Fitout Estimation Engineer
We are seeking a Fit-out Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates for fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in fit-out estimation, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out projects.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings.
- Review and evaluate the costs of materials, labor, and equipment.
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary data for cost estimation.
- Develop project budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to assess project feasibility.
- Provide technical support to junior engineers and other team members.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in fit-out estimation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
