Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda, schedule meetings, and appointments.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
File and update contact information for employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
Assist with the completion of regular reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed.
Arrange travel plans.
Document expenses and submit reports.
Perform occasional receptionist duties.
Skills:
Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
Fluent in English.
