Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to lead and manage the operations department in our swimming pool company. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in mechanical engineering, strong leadership abilities, and a deep interest in swimming pool systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Lead the operations team, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to project timelines.
Project Oversight: Supervise the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems for swimming pools, including pumps, filters, heating, and sanitation equipment.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Technical Support: Offer technical guidance and support to team members and clients on mechanical systems and pool technologies.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Budget Management: Manage department budgets and assist in cost estimation for projects.
Collaboration: Coordinate closely with other departments, including sales, design, and customer service, to ensure successful projects and client satisfaction.
Training and Development: Mentor and train engineering and operations staff to foster skill development and enhance team performance.
Skills:
Open to Arab nationals.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, focusing on water systems or pool operations.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and pool technology.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
