Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to lead and manage the operations department in our swimming pool company. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in mechanical engineering, strong leadership abilities, and a deep interest in swimming pool systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Lead the operations team, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to project timelines.
- Project Oversight: Supervise the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems for swimming pools, including pumps, filters, heating, and sanitation equipment.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Technical Support: Offer technical guidance and support to team members and clients on mechanical systems and pool technologies.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Budget Management: Manage department budgets and assist in cost estimation for projects.
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with other departments, including sales, design, and customer service, to ensure successful projects and client satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Mentor and train engineering and operations staff to foster skill development and enhance team performance.
Skills:
- Open to Arab nationals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, focusing on water systems or pool operations.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and pool technology.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
