Interior Architect

Location: Salmiya – Fanar Mall – Dahan General Trading & Contracting Company Office

Employment Type: Full-Time (6 working days)

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Interior Designer/Architect to become part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural and MEP shop drawings from existing design concepts provided by the client, using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with clients, site engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring top quality standards for each.
• Prepare and submit drawings required by landlords.
• Complete redline drawings and develop detailed designs.
• Provide technical solutions to resolve design challenges.
• Communicate professionally via email with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architectural Engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with strong drafting skills.
• Familiar with SketchUp and 3D Studio Max.
• 1-3 years of experience in fit-out and interior design.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
• A valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.
• Must hold a transferable visa (Article 18)
