Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Interior Designer/Architect to become part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create architectural and MEP shop drawings from existing design concepts provided by the client, using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with clients, site engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring top quality standards for each.
- Prepare and submit drawings required by landlords.
- Complete redline drawings and develop detailed designs.
- Provide technical solutions to resolve design challenges.
- Communicate professionally via email with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architectural Engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD with strong drafting skills.
- Familiar with SketchUp and 3D Studio Max.
- 1-3 years of experience in fit-out and interior design.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English.
- A valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.
- Must hold a transferable visa (Article 18)
