Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain precise inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts, ensuring stock levels are adequate to fulfill customer demands while minimizing excess inventory and avoiding stockouts.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Promote collaboration across departments, closely working with procurement, transportation, and customer service teams to optimize logistics, ensure timely order delivery, and achieve both customer satisfaction and company goals.
• Warehouse Optimization: Develop and implement innovative warehouse strategies, such as optimizing layout configurations and integrating advanced inventory management systems, to enhance workflow efficiency and maximize resource utilization.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with divisions like procurement, transportation, and customer service to synchronize operations, address logistical challenges, and uphold high service standards to foster customer satisfaction and retention.
