• Demonstrate a high level of expertise and thorough knowledge in teaching courses relevant to their specialization.
• Develop curricula for courses pertinent to their area of expertise.
• Review and evaluate textbooks, recommending books and educational materials for students.
• Utilize and create a diverse range of teaching materials that assist students in achieving course objectives.
• Make continuous efforts to enhance educational quality through innovative teaching methodologies and techniques.
• Assess students to measure the attainment of course objectives and learning outcomes.
• Maintain student records and provide reports and relevant documentation within the required timelines.
• Effectively use technology for educational and administrative purposes.
• Teach courses at various times and locations within the college, accommodating both male and female students according to institutional needs.
• Hold office hours tailored to student needs.
• Actively participate in departmental, sectoral, and college-level activities and committees.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree in History from an internationally recognized university.

Teaching Experience:

• Applicants should have at least three years of teaching experience at an accredited university, with a preference for candidates with teaching experience in Qatar and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

Required Skills:

• The candidate is expected to effectively teach and perform assigned tasks, possess proficiency in English, and be adept at using modern technology. Maintaining professionalism, ethical standards, and responsibility when interacting with students, faculty, and staff is also essential.
