Job Responsibilities:

  1. Management of Technical Interface Agreements:
    • Manage, monitor, and coordinate all external and internal technical interface agreements (IAs) and Interface Queries (IQs).
    • Ensure a comprehensive, multi-functional review of all IAs/IQs and critical interfaces, ensuring that responses to and from the interface parties meet requirements ahead of schedule.
  2. Commercial Support:
    • Assist the Commercial group by providing all necessary information related to the interface agreement required for the development of the commercial agreement and Access & Indemnity Agreement.
  3. Database Maintenance and Reporting:
    • Maintain the technical interface database and report on the status of IQs, IA/Crossing action items, and critical interfaces.
    • Provide progress updates on the IA/IQ process and communicate these updates to management in accordance with company protocols.
    • Ensure that all correspondence with internal and external parties related to schedules is coordinated and followed up effectively.

Skills and Experience:

  1. Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in major/capital projects, with broad experience in multi-discipline engineering and execution in the oil and gas industry.
    • At least 3 years in a supervisory position.
  2. Interface Agreement Expertise:
    • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Interface Agreement Management System and related procedures.
  3. Subsea and Offshore Project Experience:
    • In-depth understanding of the engineering and execution-related interdependencies between interfacing subsea and offshore projects.
    • Previous experience on similar offshore subsea projects with extensive interaction with other capital projects and third parties.
  4. Project Management and Execution:
    • Proven experience in project management and offshore brownfield execution.
