Airswift is currently seeking a highly skilled Head of System Completion to join a major Oil & Gas company in Qatar. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in overseeing system completion processes from inception to final acceptance.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Completion Workflow: Oversee and implement the system completion workflow process and database, ensuring seamless integration from detail engineering to final acceptance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the system completion team to achieve project objectives within defined timelines and budgets.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various departments, including construction, project management, operations, and engineering, to streamline system completion processes.
- Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of system completion.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with system completion activities.
- Documentation and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of system completion activities, including ITRs, punch lists, and certification processes.
- Knowledge Transfer: Mentor and train team members to develop their skills and expertise in system completion.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in system completion, with at least 5 years in major capital projects.
- Proven experience in implementing system completion workflows and databases, such as ICAPS and OPERCOM.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
