As the Lead of Business Support, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing communication, streamlining processes, and enabling informed decision-making for the Compression Project. By working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure the efficient delivery of strategic reporting solutions, driving the overall success of the project.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Reporting Solutions: Design and implement integrated reporting frameworks to align with Compression’s objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with leaders across Shared Services to identify opportunities for process improvements and alignment in reporting.
Process Optimization: Improve the efficiency and accuracy of information distribution, reducing the need for manual intervention.
System Development: Lead the development and maintenance of reporting tools to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
User Adoption: Facilitate widespread adoption of reporting systems through training, user-friendly interfaces, and ongoing support.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timely distribution of all project data.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and enhance reporting solutions to keep pace with the dynamic business environment.
Compliance: Ensure that all data reporting adheres to relevant security and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related business discipline.
Professional Experience: At least 10 years of experience in large-scale project environments within the oil and gas industry or a similar field.
Expertise: Strong background in business management, project controls, and advanced analytics tools.
Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years leading multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, SharePoint).
Deep understanding of project control and management principles.
