Graphic Designer Officer

Specific Accountabilities:

1. Design & Production: Create and design graphics and layouts for all printed materials, including campaigns for all BTL projects, along with supporting items like presentation slides and digital presentations. Provide clear and detailed briefs, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, delivered on time, and within budget.
2. Brand Compliance: Ensure all designs align with Taiba Hospital’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing platforms.
3. Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and the final output is of high quality. Coordinate with all involved parties to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas, propose design solutions, and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance designs.
5. Adaptation and Optimization: Adapt designs for different formats and platforms, including both digital and print media, ensuring they are optimized for various uses and mediums.
6. Professional Development: Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through training, workshops, and self-guided learning to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
7. Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative concepts and design layouts for marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, advertisements, digital banners, and social media graphics. Ensure designs clearly communicate Taiba Hospital’s brand message and objectives.
