Job Responsibilities:
  • Explain all services available to customers, including packing, moving, forwarding, shipping, storage, and insurance (inbound and outbound).
  • Clearly outline customer responsibilities and the services the company will provide.
  • Draft a detailed contract for each move, specifying business terms and service level agreements. Ensure both parties sign the contract before the move starts.
  • Accurately manage all required documentation and communication with customers, agents, carriers, and the company.
  • Provide quotations within the following timelines:
    • To bookers (overseas agents): within 3 working days of a pre-move request.
    • To customers: within 4 working days.
  • Send shipping documents and instructions within specified timelines:
    • Air shipments: within 24 hours.
    • Sea shipments: within 3 working days.
  • Confirm delivery to the booking agent within 2 working days.
  • Submit signed delivery notes and packing lists within 4 working days.
  • Issue invoices within 30 working days.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Nationality: Preferably Kuwaiti.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping and documentation.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient telephone manners and customer handling skills.
    • Strong knowledge of local shipping documentation.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.

Education:

  • High School Certificate or Diploma.
