We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced camp Administrator to join our team in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Undertake all works in a collaborated, partnership manner.
- Provide full support to the Camp Management and Site operation team towards bringing and up keeping the Camp as an Ideal Camp and ensuring complete customer Satisfaction as much as possible.
- File all relevant documents of Camps / accounts and forward originals to Camp Head Office.
- Coordinate with Transport section, Stores, Site, HR, Catering dept and Medical dept etc, for smooth operation and timely action.
- Maintain Camp, Discipline, Safety, Security, Hygiene and develop a homely atmosphere
- Assist HR in absentee monitor and Control
- Deal with all tenants as equals irrespective of their Nationality, religion, lingual or education.
- Ensuring / Inspecting that all the Camp premises areas are kept clear of debris, waste materials, rodents, bugs, free from pollution and contamination etc. and bringing to the attention of those in charge all shortcomings in order to maintain a safe hygiene environment.
- Check and forward the Camp Check list and Cost reports weekly to Camp Head Office.
- Check, update and monitor room occupancy list regularly in Manage plus.
- Particular attention paid the Tenant welfare, Discipline and Camp Property.
- Ensure compliance to Local legislations and regulation.
- Assist and Guide Govt. bodies, Auditors etc. during inspections/Audits.
- Conduct Safety Induction for all new employees and conduct regular toolbox talks for the camp staff. Conduct Safety Induction for all subcontractors before commencing any work in the camp premises. Also sign no liability form before start of the work
- Involve men in periodic recreational activities for inmates as per Camp Social Activity Plan. Ensure that you are appropriately qualified to carry out the allocated responsibilities.
- Ensure you are prepared and trained for any Emergencies and act rightly in a calm and composed manner.
- Understand stakeholder expectations and manage in a proactive and collaborate manner.
- Adherence to safety policies and procedures
19. Reports all and any irregularities to immediate superior and/or Camp management. Try to accommodate and assist to close grievance of workers to best of ability.
Requirements
- Must be very detail-oriented and responsive.
- Must enjoy teamwork and be a strong team player.
- Desired skills include Microsoft Office, especially Excel, understanding of Human Resources processes and transactions.
- 4-5+yrs experience working in Camp Accommodation.
