A branch coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific branch within an organization. Their duties often include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting performance goals to align with the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that teachers are adhering to the daily schedule, performing their duties on time, and facilitating recreational activities as planned.
  2. Verify with teachers how they introduce, explain, and implement activities for the children.
  3. Confirm that teachers follow the approved Nursery Criteria, implementing instructions and methods appropriately, and aligning their activities with the monthly theme.
  4. Oversee teachers’ classroom performance, providing guidance and support to those not meeting standards to help improve their skills, rather than leaving the situation unaddressed.
  5. Take responsibility for the children’s safety, educational progress, cleanliness, and overall security.
  6. Address parental complaints in collaboration with the administrator and work toward resolutions. If a solution is not feasible, escalate the issue to the General Manager.
