The Counter Staff position in a Money Exchange is a crucial role within the financial services industry, especially in Kuwait. Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently assist customers with currency exchange transactions while ensuring accuracy.
  • Provide information on current exchange rates and available financial products.

  • Securely handle cash and electronic transactions, minimizing errors.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activities to management.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.
  • Assist with inventory management of currency and related materials.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the remittance business.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong community connections in Kuwait.
  • Persuasive skills to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty to the exchange service.
  • Ability to calculate competitive exchange rates in line with the exchange house’s interests.
  • Proficiency in computer skills for efficient preparation of client remittance applications.
  • Capable of generating at least 300 remittance applications daily with excellent accuracy.
  • Punctuality and a professional demeanor.
  • Focus on expanding the client base to increase remittance volume.
  • Adherence to the rules and regulations set by the exchange house and regulatory authorities.
  • Cooperative and respectful attitude towards colleagues within the branch.
