  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong community connections in Kuwait.
  • Persuasive skills to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty to the exchange service.
  • Ability to calculate competitive exchange rates in line with the exchange house’s interests.
  • Proficiency in computer skills for efficient preparation of client remittance applications.
  • Capable of generating at least 300 remittance applications daily with excellent accuracy.
  • Punctuality and a professional demeanor.
  • Focus on expanding the client base to increase remittance volume.
  • Adherence to the rules and regulations set by the exchange house and regulatory authorities.
  • Cooperative and respectful attitude towards colleagues within the branch.
