Job Description:

  • Responsible for engaging with customers in sales, distribution, merchandising, stock rotation, cash collection, and building strong relationships.
  • Directly supervises Truck Helpers and delivery assistants.
  • Assists in training and mentoring new recruits when required.
  • Works towards improving Shelf Share and ensures excellence in marketing execution.
  • Accountable for achieving individual sales targets (cash and credit), merchandising, market servicing, and deliveries.
  • Follows the journey plan to ensure all assigned customers are serviced appropriately.
  • Updates the Trade Asset database regularly.
  • Provides accurate and detailed competition activity reports.
  • Reports on new store openings.
  • Provides leave coverage as needed.
  • Executes new product introductions, promotions, and projects within the assigned territory.
  • Efficiently manages time to serve each customer effectively.
  • Offers feedback to higher management regarding distribution and customer issues.
  • Strives to meet set objectives and contribute to achieving the department’s short-term and strategic goals.

Skills:

  • Minimum of a diploma in sales, business, or a related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of sales experience in a similar role within the FMCG, beverages, or snacks industry is essential.
  • A medium Qatari driving license is required.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
