Directly supervises Truck Helpers and delivery assistants. Assists in training and mentoring new recruits when required. Accountable for achieving individual sales targets (cash and credit), merchandising, market servicing, and deliveries. Follows the journey plan to ensure all assigned customers are serviced appropriately. Updates the Trade Asset database regularly. Provides accurate and detailed competition activity reports. Reports on new store openings. Provides leave coverage as needed. Executes new product introductions, promotions, and projects within the assigned territory.
