Al Mulla Electronics Company is forming a strategic partnership with a global leader and innovator in consumer electronics, home appliances, and HVAC systems. The company is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Sales Engineer for B2B – Information Display (ID). The successful candidate will manage key strategic accounts, offering both sales and technical support throughout the entire process, from initiating client engagement and building relationships to identifying opportunities, supporting pilot projects, and ultimately closing deals successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth and Operations: Lead sales growth and operations for Information Display (ID) product solutions, including commercial TVs, digital signage, and video walls in the assigned territory.
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute joint business plans with sales partners to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborative Strategies: Develop and implement business strategies in collaboration with major accounts and sales partners to drive ID product portfolio growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting and Inventory Management: Work with sales partners and contractors to forecast sales, manage project timelines, and monitor inventory, ensuring revenue and factory inventory targets are met.
- Lead Generation: Identify and follow up on ID sales leads from current and potential clients.
- Networking and Referrals: Leverage existing relationships and expand networks to identify opportunities and generate referrals.
- Product Expertise: Master product knowledge to effectively recommend and promote ID solutions.
- Training and Empowerment: Educate and support key account personnel and partners on product features, advantages, and sales techniques.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5-10 years in technical sales roles, ideally in sectors related to ID systems, consumer electronics, or digital signage. Experience managing key accounts in industries such as hospitality, retail, education, or corporate environments is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ID systems and their components, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience. Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
