Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Kuwaiti Public Relations Executive to enhance brand awareness for Shield Lubricants and maintain a positive public image for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to implement marketing and PR campaigns across diverse platforms, including digital, social media, and print.
  • Support the Marketing Manager by drafting, proofreading, and editing content.
  • Manage and submit online and offline tenders promptly and maintain communication with government entities.
  • Perform market research and data analysis to identify trends and insights for the Marketing Manager, covering areas such as:
    • Automotive sector: Garage and cooperative visits.
    • Oil & Gas sector: Networking and relationship-building visits.
    • Online research: Reporting on trends, analyzing surveys, and reviewing feedback reports.
  • Conduct occasional PR visits to VIP clients to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and campaigns, both traditional and digital, to ensure their success.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Analytics.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, including public speaking and presentation abilities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and maintain a keen attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Display a customer-focused mindset.

Candidate Profile:

  • Open to male Kuwaiti nationals.
  • Holds a Diploma or BSc in Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or Engineering (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Public Relations.
  • Interest in the automotive and lubricants industry, with a passion for PR and marketing and knowledge of the Kuwaiti marketplace.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and marketing tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Analytics.
