We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Supervisor for a high-end apartment building in Bnaid Al-Gar. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. Below is the job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the work of building staff.
Broker Relations: Maintain direct communication with rental brokers to promote available units.
Tenant Engagement: Welcome potential tenants, provide property tours, and present available rental options.
Tenant Targeting: Conduct online research to identify and approach embassies, corporations, private schools, hospitals, and clinics about rental opportunities.
Tenant Relations: Minimize evictions and address tenant concerns promptly.
Property Management: Ensure the building is in excellent condition by maintaining:
Cleanliness
Common areas
Vacant units
Maintenance Oversight:
Follow up on tenant maintenance requests daily.
Coordinate regular visits with maintenance companies.
Rent Collection:
Handle rent and deposit payments via K-net and cheques, issuing receipts accordingly.
Manage bank transfers and maintain up-to-date tenant payment records.
Eviction Process: Ensure all evicted tenants complete an eviction questionnaire.
