Officer-Leasing & Business Development
Reporting To: Assistant General Manager
(Head of Business Development & Client Relations Department)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new leasing opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to attract potential clients.
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to contract signing.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and real estate agents.
- Prepare and present leasing proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to shape business strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available properties.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on leasing activities and business development progress.
Candidate Profile:
- Open to Kuwaiti Nationals.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the same field.
- Immediate availability required.
