Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Kuwaiti Public Relations Executive to enhance the brand awareness of Shield Lubricants and maintain a strong, positive public image for our company.

Role Profile

  • Support the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing and PR campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, and print.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on tasks such as content creation, copywriting, and proofreading.
  • Manage online and offline tenders, ensuring timely submissions and effective communication with government entities.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and insights to inform marketing and PR strategies. This includes:
    • Automotive Sector: Visits to garages and co-ops.
    • Oil & Gas Sector: Relationship-building visits.
    • Online Research: Reporting on trends, analyzing surveys, and evaluating ratings.
  • Conduct occasional PR visits to VIP customers to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events and both traditional and digital campaigns, attending these events to ensure their success.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or BSc in public relations, marketing, business, or engineering (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in public relations.
  • Interest in the automotive and lubricants industry.
  • Passion for PR and marketing with a strong understanding of the Kuwaiti marketplace.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English, with expertise in presenting and public speaking.
  • Sharp attention to detail and awareness of industry trends.
