Medical Insurance Unit Manager

As a Medical Insurance Unit Manager in Kuwait, you will be responsible for managing the medical insurance unit’s operations within a healthcare organization. This role involves leading a team of insurance professionals and ensuring the smooth and effective processing of medical insurance claims.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of the medical insurance unit.
• Review and analyze medical insurance claims to ensure they meet accuracy and compliance standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the medical insurance claims process.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve issues and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Train and mentor insurance staff to ensure they possess the knowledge and skills required for their roles.
