Lighting & Furniture Salesperson

As a Salesperson at Spaces & Concepts, you will engage with customers in our showroom to understand their needs and preferences for furniture and lighting products. Your role involves providing expert guidance, assisting with project requirements, and building relationships that encourage repeat business.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in the showroom to identify their furniture and lighting needs and preferences.
• Offer expert advice and tailored recommendations, showcasing product features and benefits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster repeat sales.
• Assist customers with project requirements, delivery timelines, and budget considerations.
• Collect customer information, including contact details, and follow up on potential leads and product updates.
• Schedule showroom visits, send product catalogs, and close sales over the phone when possible.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns regarding pricing, availability, and delivery, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets and support overall store performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches to effectively address customer questions.
