The IT Coordinator plays an essential role in managing and coordinating IT-related activities across the organization. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology and strong organizational skills. The IT Coordinator will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that IT systems and services are operating efficiently, supporting the organization’s overall objectives. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of IT systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead digital transformation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with cross-functional teams, such as IT, marketing, operations, and finance, to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Strategy Development: Contribute to developing digital transformation strategies that improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for digital improvements or automation.
- Technology Assessment: Review new technologies and tools to support digital transformation initiatives and make recommendations to leadership.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and support teams as they adopt new digital tools and processes.
- Change Management: Apply change management practices to facilitate smooth transitions and increase user adoption of new technologies.
- Performance Metrics: Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of digital initiatives and report progress to stakeholders.
- Research and Innovation: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to promote continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in IT project management, digital transformation, or a similar area.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Strong project management skills and relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital tools and technologies (e.g., CRM, ERP, data analytics).
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
