Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the goods flow team to maintain high stock availability and cost-efficiency daily.
- Provide actionable feedback for logistics plans and integrate logistics actions into operations.
- Enhance product quality, merchandising, and customer experience while supporting team development and succession planning.
- Uphold IKEA values and cultivate a positive, inspiring workplace culture.
- Ensure timely stock availability (SISAN) and optimal stock levels at picking locations.
- Maintain and handle Material Handling Equipment (MHE) effectively.
- Ensure compliance with IKEA’s code of conduct, safety regulations, and local laws.
- Streamline daily goods flow operations, including accurate counting and minimizing customer wait times.
- Report and address any security breaches while adhering to emergency protocols.

- Experience in retail or logistics with leadership responsibilities.
