Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the goods flow team to maintain high stock availability and cost-efficiency daily.
• Provide actionable feedback for logistics plans and integrate logistics actions into operations.
• Enhance product quality, merchandising, and customer experience while supporting team development and succession planning.
• Uphold IKEA values and cultivate a positive, inspiring workplace culture.
• Ensure timely stock availability (SISAN) and optimal stock levels at picking locations.
• Maintain and handle Material Handling Equipment (MHE) effectively.
• Ensure compliance with IKEA’s code of conduct, safety regulations, and local laws.
• Streamline daily goods flow operations, including accurate counting and minimizing customer wait times.
• Report and address any security breaches while adhering to emergency protocols.
