Fit-Out Civil Engineer

The Fit-Out Civil Engineer plays a pivotal role in the construction industry, focusing on the interior finishing phase of projects. The candidate must have a strong civil engineering background, particularly in fit-outs, and will oversee the project lifecycle, from planning through execution. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are maintained.
• Work closely with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with design specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
• Coordinate material and equipment procurement with suppliers and vendors.
• Address and resolve issues or conflicts during construction promptly.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site staff.
• Ensure all work adheres to high-quality standards and craftsmanship.

Preferred Candidate:

• Over 10 years of experience in fit-out civil engineering or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
• Adaptability to evolving project requirements.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
