Offering technical guidance and improvement suggestions for specific projects.
Diagnosing and resolving equipment issues as needed.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure optimal contracts.
Approving technical drawings and engineering plans.
Creating work schedules and informing crew members and clients of any changes.
Collecting data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Delegating tasks and organizing meetings and training sessions when required.
Conducting quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.

Skills and Requirements for a Site Engineer:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field.
Valid driver’s license.
Experience in a similar role.
Additional certifications or licenses may be needed.
Strong knowledge of engineering, construction, and design principles.
Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to apply logical and critical thinking to projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
