Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all activities related to AV services and oversee their implementation by the AV Technician and assistants, ensuring compliance with Andalus Electronics Quality and HSE Standards.
• Raise Job Orders with accurate customer information, clearly define the AV issues to be resolved, and assign the appropriate team to each job.
• Ensure that all Job Orders at the AV Service Centre are executed timely and according to specifications by the AV Technicians.
• Communicate with the AV Service Centre and relevant clients to confirm the correct timings and locations for on-site visits.
• Ensure that AV Service Technicians deliver all services with the highest level of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse to guarantee timely delivery of items according to the service schedule, relevant purchase orders, and accompanying receipts.
• Investigate minor issues related to service irregularities and other challenges that may arise, reporting them to the Direct Manager.
• Provide customer care and trade-in options to foster customer loyalty, increase company revenue, and meet monthly targets.
• Perform additional duties related to the role as assigned by the Direct Manager.

Skills:

• Proficient in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting audiovisual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, microphones, and video conferencing tools.
• Flexible and knowledgeable about emerging audiovisual technologies and industry trends, with the ability to deliver training and support to end-users for proper equipment usage.
• Expertise in the technical configuration and maintenance of audiovisual systems to ensure seamless presentations and optimal performance at events, meetings, and conferences.
• Capable of effectively setting up, operating, and troubleshooting various audiovisual equipment, ranging from projectors and sound systems to microphones and video conferencing tools.
