Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of the college’s strategic and operational plans.
  • Oversee the implementation of policies and regulations across all departments, ensuring alignment with human resources law and the college’s established policies.
  • Propose development plans for employees and recommend improvements to systems and policies in line with work requirements and local and regional market trends.
  • Provide advice and guidance on issues within the scope of responsibility.
  • Gather relevant information and analyze issues from multiple perspectives.
  • Develop appropriate recommendations and outline the requirements for their implementation.
  • Assist in the preparation of the overall budget.
  • Conduct analytical studies of college systems or objectives to assess potential for future implementation or modification.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
