Oversee the implementation of policies and regulations across all departments, ensuring alignment with human resources law and the college’s established policies.
Propose development plans for employees and recommend improvements to systems and policies in line with work requirements and local and regional market trends.
Provide advice and guidance on issues within the scope of responsibility.
Gather relevant information and analyze issues from multiple perspectives.
Develop appropriate recommendations and outline the requirements for their implementation.
Assist in the preparation of the overall budget.
Conduct analytical studies of college systems or objectives to assess potential for future implementation or modification.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
