Job Description: Room Service Waiter – Arabic Speaker

Report to the Assistant Room Service Manager and Room Service Manager.
Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times.
Be well-versed in all hotel services and products, with a thorough understanding of the food and beverage items offered by the department.
Demonstrate knowledge and ability to upsell menu items and suggest alternatives as needed.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace and surrounding area.
Monitor and manage operating supplies and equipment, reducing spoilage and wastage effectively.
Follow established opening and closing procedures for the assigned outlet.
Handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently, promptly reporting complaints to supervisors and ensuring follow-up with guests.
Be proficient in operating the POS system as trained and assigned.
Assist in scheduled inventories of products and operating equipment.
Communicate effectively between the kitchen, order taker, and service team members to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure food and beverage service is available for all hotel rooms and suites.
Perform any additional duties or reasonable tasks assigned by the Department Head.
Adhere to service procedures according to established standards.
