Receptionist
We are seeking a personable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, managing the front desk, and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a knack for multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-organized
Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors
Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Maintain office security by controlling access and monitoring visitor logs
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
