Job Title: Warehouse Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and fulfill orders efficiently.
• Operate and maintain mechanical and IT systems.
• Handle machinery such as forklifts and pickers, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
• Coordinate with transport companies, suppliers, and clients to streamline operations.
• Oversee the use of specialized storage facilities.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
• Maintain accurate statistical and financial records.
• Plan and manage staff schedules effectively.
• Ensure quality standards and delivery deadlines are consistently met.
• Oversee budget management and stock control processes.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including record-keeping and incident investigation.
• Address operational issues and troubleshoot problems.
• Distribute raw and packing materials to production based on requisitions.
• Keep accurate records of material receipt, tracking, and storage.
• Conduct physical inventory checks to align with monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure stock management follows Ledger and FIFO principles.
• Manage store operations using ERP systems for stock management and control.
• Monitor non-moving stock and report findings to relevant authorities.
• Plan budgets for reordering raw and packing materials efficiently.
• Provide accurate stock level reports for production requisitions.

Skills & Candidate Profile:

• Open to Arab nationals.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a related role.
