The Senior Admin and Government Relations Officer plays an essential role in ensuring the efficient operation of administrative functions within the company. This position is ideal for individuals with a solid background in administration and a passion for driving organizational efficiency. The role involves overseeing various administrative tasks, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain offices.
  • Manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental communication to facilitate a smooth workflow.
  • Oversee the preparation, maintenance, and accuracy of reports, documents, and records.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees to address administrative issues.
  • Oversee property management, including maintenance, lease renewals, negotiations, and issue resolution.
  • Manage all aspects of insurance for company properties, work injuries, and private medical coverage.
  • Handle company mobile and landline services, including contract negotiations, issue resolution, and invoice review.
  • Oversee the renewal, replacement, maintenance, and upkeep of leased and owned vehicles.

  • Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

  • Experience in the construction or building materials industry is advantageous.
