The Senior Admin and Government Relations Officer plays an essential role in ensuring the efficient operation of administrative functions within the company. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain offices.
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate inter-departmental communication to facilitate a smooth workflow.
- Oversee the preparation, maintenance, and accuracy of reports, documents, and records.
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees to address administrative issues.
- Oversee property management, including maintenance, lease renewals, negotiations, and issue resolution.
- Manage all aspects of insurance for company properties, work injuries, and private medical coverage.
- Handle company mobile and landline services, including contract negotiations, issue resolution, and invoice review.
- Oversee the renewal, replacement, maintenance, and upkeep of leased and owned vehicles.
