Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide customers upon entry.
- Provide accurate information on products, including features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding specific products or services.
- Perform price and feature comparisons to assist with purchasing decisions.
- Cross-sell additional products when appropriate.
- Ensure shelves and racks are fully stocked.
- Handle merchandise returns efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to maintain high standards of customer service, especially during peak times.
- Notify customers of any ongoing discounts or special promotions.
- Share customer feedback with the Store Manager.
- Keep informed about new products and services.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic math skills.
- Strong communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus.
