Salesman (clothing brand)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide customers upon entry.
• Provide accurate information on products, including features, pricing, and after-sales services.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding specific products or services.
• Perform price and feature comparisons to assist with purchasing decisions.
• Cross-sell additional products when appropriate.
• Ensure shelves and racks are fully stocked.
• Handle merchandise returns efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to maintain high standards of customer service, especially during peak times.
• Notify customers of any ongoing discounts or special promotions.
• Share customer feedback with the Store Manager.
• Keep informed about new products and services.
