Handle reservations and respond to all incoming phone inquiries quickly and efficiently.
Calculate fares and issue tickets.
Send pre-paid tickets and advise on incoming PTAs.
Process refund calculations.
Issue tickets and handle cash transactions.
Work at the ticket desk, assisting passengers with their issues.
Ensure that manuals are kept up-to-date.
Make hotel and car hire bookings as per customer requests.
Ensure monthly and annual targets are met.
Perform ADM calculations and checks.
Handle tasks related to the trade support desk, answering calls from travel agents, conducting pre-flight checks, and maintaining filing related to the flight manifest.
Skills and Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Reservations & Ticketing field.
IATA certification, a Diploma in Travel, GDS systems, basic fares and ticketing knowledge, and relevant airline courses.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
