Responsibilities:
Prepare and process applications related to work permits, employee visas, and other documentation at the social affairs office, as well as online immigration applications in accordance with government laws and regulations.
Conduct timely follow-ups on residence renewals.
Maintain records of personnel for visas, passports, IDs, and other essential documents.
Update and communicate any new laws or regulations issued by the government.
Stay informed about changes in legislation and current affairs.
Ensure the absolute confidentiality of records.
Ensure the company’s compliance with labor laws.
Possess knowledge and experience in governmental and legal documentation and procedures.
Deliver and receive cash, clearing checks, and other documents promptly from local banks.
Responsible for the timely hand delivery of important departmental mails and documents to relevant companies.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Kuwait’s Labor Law and immigration procedures.
In-depth understanding of Kuwait’s legal regulations, ministry rules, and requirements.
Proficient in using government online portals.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both oral and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a car.
Familiarity with the locations of ministerial offices and local banks.
Local candidates must have a valid and transferable visa.
