As a Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include monitoring and evaluating advertising campaign performance, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring all marketing materials align with our brand identity. Success in this role requires hands-on experience with web analytics tools and the ability to transform creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and tactics to promote our company and attract qualified traffic to our business.
- Launch and manage successful marketing campaigns, overseeing every step from concept to execution.
- Experiment with a mix of organic and paid acquisition channels, such as content creation, content curation, PPC campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation, copywriting, and performance analysis.
- Create engaging, high-value content for our website and blog to attract and convert our target audience.
- Forge strategic relationships and partnerships with industry leaders, agencies, and vendors.
- Plan and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring wise fund allocation.
- Oversee and approve marketing materials, from website banners to brochures and case studies.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gather insights, and evaluate progress against goals.
- Analyze consumer behavior and refine email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
Skills & Requirements
- Demonstrable marketing experience, with the potential and willingness to learn.
- Proven expertise in identifying target audiences and creating multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
- Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Numerically adept, with the ability to interpret metrics, analyze data, and manage figures using spreadsheets.
- Aesthetic sense with an appreciation for compelling copy and witty communication.
- Up-to-date with the latest online marketing trends and best practices in performance measurement.
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field.
