What You Will Do:
Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to boost the visibility and attractiveness of the Blue Rewards program.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand awareness efforts and marketing initiatives.
Analyze customer insights, market trends, and best practices to craft successful marketing strategies.
Produce engaging content across various channels, including digital platforms, email, and social media, to engage both current and potential customers.
Organize promotional events to enhance brand recognition and drive market engagement.
Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing them against set objectives.
Support budgeting and expense monitoring processes.
Manage and expand the brand’s social media presence, including content creation, customer interaction, and engagement metrics tracking.

Qualifications for the Role:
