Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inquiries and operational orders between offices, delivery agents, and customers.
- Handle invoices and oversee the delivery process until completion.
- Ensure adherence to delivery procedures and maintain up-to-date systems.
- Create shipment orders.
- Monitor and manage monthly reports and dashboards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stores and customers to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze and report on delivery statistics, returns, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Candidate Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office, SAP, and LMD.
- Strong ability to present ideas, concepts, and workflows clearly and engagingly.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
- Self-confidence and assertiveness when dealing with drivers and customers.
