Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage inquiries and operational orders between offices, delivery agents, and customers.
  • Handle invoices and oversee the delivery process until completion.
  • Ensure adherence to delivery procedures and maintain up-to-date systems.
  • Create shipment orders.
  • Monitor and manage monthly reports and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stores and customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze and report on delivery statistics, returns, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office, SAP, and LMD.
  • Strong ability to present ideas, concepts, and workflows clearly and engagingly.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Self-confidence and assertiveness when dealing with drivers and customers.
