The Key Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, driving distribution, enhancing product visibility, and executing sales activation strategies to maximize business growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating a monthly priority sheet for the Key Accounts team and organizing monthly sector meetings.
  • Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by expanding the customer base and increasing product range.
  • Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews with all Key Accounts.
  • Monitor and report market and competitive activities, ensuring the implementation of best-in-market practices.
  • Review and analyze sales performance by customer, salesperson, and agency.
  • Set sales priorities and allocate promotional budgets for each customer.
  • Spend 75% of time in the market.
  • Ensure the sales team is well-equipped, trained, and motivated to meet sales objectives.
  • Ensure that account collections and credit facilities align with company policies.

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and results-driven.
  • Creative thinker with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong personality with high self-confidence and leadership potential.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
