Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled HR Assistant to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in HR administration and a solid understanding of Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations. The HR Assistant will support the HR department in various areas of employee management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations, covering company policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information, changes in employment status, and other relevant data.
- Support the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and disciplinary letters.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Aid in employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and resolving complaints.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR files.
- Stay informed about Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with HR practices.
Preferred Candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration.
- Familiarity with Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
