- Provide first-level support through call centers or on-site assistance for all IT services.
  - Escalate incidents to the next level when support from Level 2 or Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) is required.
  - Deploy and install end-user computer equipment and peripherals based on business needs.
  - Address end-user IT requests such as software installations, software configurations, hardware relocations, and other business-related requirements.
  - Facilitate upgrades for end-user hardware and operating systems as necessary.
  - Participate in end-user computing projects related to various IT initiatives.
  - Contribute to the development of software installation procedures and end-user guides.
  
 Skills:
  - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
  - At least 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
  - Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with a multinational workforce.
  - Relevant technical training/certifications in specific areas.
  - Preferred experience in the oil & gas sector.
