KAM – ME / Airbus Helicopters
Main Responsibilities
- Ownership of the accounts and relationships
- Manage all bids and campaigns towards his customers
- Negotiate any contractual changes, amendments with the customers
- Increase order intake in the Middle-East region
- Develop Airbus Helicopters market share and identify prospects and opportunities in line with the regional strategy
- Follow up customers activities and secure customers satisfaction by ensuring close customer relationship
- Lead the customer interface for all support and services activities in collaboration with the CSM
- Manage over-dues with customer and ensure timely payments
- Manage all BDSI and E&C activities with these accounts
- Maintain knowledge of competitors’ products and sales activities
- Manage the preparation of most competitive offers for the customers coordinating with the other AH/AHD departments
Required Educational Background, Skills and Experience
- Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic are considered a plus
- Strong relationship building, networking, negotiating, interpersonal and communication skills;
- High degree of initiative, credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust
- Autonomy, planning capability with pro-active mindset and creatives ideas
- Team spirit
- Ability to travel (around 50% of the time) to potential high and extrem risk countries
- Minimum of 2 years marketing/sales experience in aeronautics
- Middle – East experience
Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI)
Requirements:
- Hold or have held a CPL with Frozen ATPL or ATPL (with A320 Rating), preferably EASA authority
- A valid A330/A350 type rating will be an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Hold or have held an SFI and/or SFE Authorization from the same Authority as the ATPL
- Completed Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) as Pilot
- A minimum of 3 000 hours as Pilot
- A minimum of 1 500 hours on Multi Pilot Aircraft (MPA)
- Minimum of 3 years commercial aviation experience as Pilot on FAR 25 / CS 25 or FAR
- 23 / CS 23 aircrafts in Multi Pilot Operation (MPO), preferably on Airbus Aircraft
- Be able to teach, brief and de-brief in fluent English.
Working Party Aircraft Technician (Structure)
Main responsibilities:
- For the execution of modification embodiment or repair working party, managing complex, high value and cross-functional projects compliant with EASA/FAR Part 145 Airworthiness Regulation.
- Conduct upgrade embodiment activities on external customer aircraft.
- Perform major and complex repair projects including but not limited to incidental and fleet wide repairs.
- Maintain, modify and install the various components of aircraft sheet metal.
- Experience in Aircraft across Airbus Family, A380/A350 are a strong plus but not limited to.
- Repair, rework, install and fabricate the complex aircraft structural assemblies, both internal and external.
- Lay out plans, fabrication and installation models for modifications.
- Perform checks; carry out inspections and removal of components.
- Study technical manuals, blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Provide assistance to aircraft technicians and mechanics on various tasks.
- Remove and disassemble defective parts of the aircraft.
- Perform final checks on assembly and installation of parts that were replaced.
- Maintain and keep track of all the maintenance records.
- Adhere to company policies and safety programs.
- Maintain the supplies and perform preventive maintenance.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with aircraft maintenance manuals, technical specifications, and relevant regulations (e.g. EASA, FAA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy equipment.
Quality Assurance Inspector
Qualification required:
- Min. 3 to 5 years of experience in Aviation industry as quality inspector
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor degree or aeronautical engineer
- Experienced in SAP systems
- Familiar with Quality processes i.e. QMS
- Experience with Airworthiness processes and procedures
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages i.e. Google, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Analytical skills
- Team player and self initiated
Tetra Field Engineer -MEAI
Specific knowledge required:
- Knowledge of different SW Environments (i.e VMWare. Linux, Jasper, Oracle…)
- TCP/IP Certified (i.e. CCNA, CCNP (Switching and Routers)…)
- Experience on Airbus Portfolio Equipment (DX200, DXT3, TB3, RCS9500, OM100, NetBoss, NetAct…)

Education:
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
● 7-10 years of complex sales/marketing experience
Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities & Competencies:
● Demonstrated knowledge of airline flight operations, or practical
experience in flight operations
